Sinem is an Urban Designer and Planner specialized in the field of knowledge and smart cities. 

During her years of practice she earned experience in United States, Europe and Turkey. She was directly involved in a variety of projects from urban design to growth management, from social housing to comprehensive planning. She, not only, took a role in various multi-cultural teams; but also, she managed projects with effective leadership. Sinem received LEED Accredited Professional title during her practice in US and pays great attention to sustainability in all projects she is involved in. 

She received her Ph.D. in 2017 with a focus on Knowledge-Based Urban Development & Urban Economics and a Masters degree on Community Planning with specialization of Urban Design.
